One of the many highlights of the Banff/Lake Louise Winterstart Festival, this special day features family-friendly, fun-filled activities including craft making, face painting, balloon twisting, carnival games, wagon rides and photos with Santa himself. The day is capped off with roaming carolers (3-5 pm) and the Santa Claus Parade of Lights on Banff Avenue.

Cochrane Santa Claus Parade
Cochrane?s first annual Santa Claus Parade was a success in 2014 and the parade is returning in 2015! The?parade includes live entertainment, holiday floats and Santa Claus coming to town in a restored sleigh from the early 1900?s. The?parade will start at the old IGA parking lot, currently owned by Brightpath Kids, west of 5th Ave & 1st street. Once the parade starts, it will move down 1st street heading eastbound, utilizing a specific set of rolling roadblocks. The parade will finish at Centre Avenue.
